4 Powerful Techniques for Delaying Ejaculation

Techniques for Delaying Ejaculation - Premature or “junior” ejaculation that “finishes” too quickly ranks second after erectile dysfunction as the most common sexual disorder experienced by men. This sexual problem also worries men because they are afraid of being called incompetent.
A man is said to have premature ejaculation (ED) if he ejaculates in less than two minutes. According to Dr.Andi Riyanto, Sp.RM, from RS. Pantiwilasa Citarum, Semarang, under normal conditions, a person is usually able to ejaculate and penetrate within 5-10 minutes.
Premature ejaculation is divided into two types, primary and secondary. "Primary ED occurs when he cannot control his ejaculation from the start of having sex," he said. Meanwhile, secondary ED occurs if the person used to be able to control ejaculation but recently has not been able to control it for some reason.
One effective way to treat premature ejaculation is to do sex therapy. "This is an exercise to control ejaculation which is done with the help of the wife," he explained.
Basically, sex therapy involves two techniques, namely the start and stop technique, and the squeeze technique, namely the wife presses the base or tip of the penis when the husband feels he is about to ejaculate.
There are several steps that couples can choose to carry out sex therapy.
- Husband lies on his back and wife masturbates with her hands. When the husband is about to ejaculate, the wife presses the penis (at the base or tip) to inhibit ejaculation for 5-10 seconds or until the feeling of wanting to ejaculate subsides.
- With the woman in the position on top, the husband penetrates the vagina. But the husband must not make any movements. If you feel like you are going to ejaculate, immediately pull the penis out and the wife puts pressure on the penis. Do it several times.
- Same as step two, but the husband can do a little movement. When you are about to ejaculate, immediately pull the penis out and the wife applies pressure to maintain the erection.
- If the husband is starting to be able to control ejaculation, the couple can have sexual intercourse in a sideways position (front or back). As soon as the husband feels like he is about to ejaculate, try to stop and the wife uses pressure techniques. Then repeat again.
According to Dr. Andi, sex therapy must be done repeatedly, for a minimum of six months. This therapy also requires commitment from both parties. "Reluctance and laziness to exercise are factors that cause the failure of this therapy," he explained.
To support sex therapy, ED sufferers are advised to do Kegel exercises to strengthen the pelvic muscles. The way to do this is by contracting the pelvic muscles, such as when you want to hold in pee. Do it at least 10 times every day, you will automatically get used to delaying ejaculation.
